Looking for a partner

Hello,
My name is Governs and I am currently looking for a partner to start up a new factions server under the domain "pvpuniverse.com" or "gapplepvp.net" which I am willing to buy. I currently have hired a builder which is waiting for my signal to start due to the uncertainty of the domain. I wish for the domain to match the builds.
I have currently invested in the following:

• Builds (100$)
• Plugins (140$)
• Domain (20$) + gapple soon (60$)

I am looking for someone which a good reputation (doesn't have to be better than mine) that is willing to help me out with funding + having a xenforo license due to it being at prices of around 100-140$. I currently have 400$ left for usage and I wish for the partner to either be a youtuber or a java developer.

Requirements:

• Java developer
• Youtuber
• 200$+ invested into the server.

Joining me in a partnership means you will receive a %equity depending on how much you have invested and we can discuss if you need a bigger % that I have offered. A legal contract has to be signed and if you are not above 16 your guardian will have to do so. Sure I do not have a logo or a website but it depends on what both me and the partner want. I am willing to work for another server.

My qualities:

• I am good at managing
• Okay at advertising "getting youtubers."
• I am semi-good with configs, not the best. Have someone that is currently making custom configs for me.
• I do not do this for the money. I wish to make a network where players can enjoy themselves.
• I've researched the mc factions economy and I am ready to set it up.

Custom plugins:

• Custom silk touch spawners with 3+ added plugins added into it.
• Custom mystery mob spawners
• Custom crop hoppers to prevent glitches
• and getting more soon.
• The rest are custom configs being made.
