I'm Josh. I'm 15. I am looking to start a server with someone, specifically a partner. I can never find a good person willing to help me out and have decent maturity in them. I've never been able to actually run one due to me not having funds.
Requirements:
Must be willing to commit to a schedule and be consistent.
Must be at least 14. (Negotiable)
You must be willing to contribute funds to the server (mostly in the start)
Have a working microphone, and have at least one voice call with me to prove your age. (If you have some other way to prove your age, that is negotiable)

Essentially, you're asking for someone to basically fund your server at the start where they blow hundreds of dollars for advertisements. Then when donations start rolling in; you will 'contribute' as well? Definitely does not seem shabby in any way.
