Looking for a Partner

I am looking for a serious partner that is looking to actually have a successful server.

Requirements:
Age: 15+
Able to invest AT LEAST $100 (Me and the other owner have spent $500 already on startup costs. more information can be discussed in PM's)
The reason it is only $100 is because this is only money to prove to me that I can trust you.
Able to pay for server stuff upfront before any sort of permissions. (I am not trying to be scammed I have worked with tons of partners in the past and not once did it ever work out in my favor. I want someone that has something to offer for me. Not for me to be used)
Have a timezone not too far apart from EST.
Must have a microphone
Must be able to put in a decent amount of hours into the server
Must be able to handle toxic players
Must have some knowledge with pterodactyl panel, luckperms, xenforo and basic plugin configuration.

What your job will be:
You will be given access to everything, so you basically will make sure everything is running good. Make sure that players are not having problems, and recruit staff members for our team. You might have to help me with server side plugins at times but I will mainly be doing this. The server will be ran by the community ideas mostly.

I am in no rush to find a partner, I am looking for the most trustworthy person to be my partner as doing stuff like this on your own is very hard.​
