Looking for a person to make an animated avatar

Hello there!
I am Poker1st (or Poker), and I am looking for someone to create an animated avatar for Minecraft for me. I thought I would just say in the beginning, I do NOT want a render. I am looking for something along the lines of these I just found them online, they do not need to be exact replicas obviously:

I am willing to pay through PayPal only, this is non negotiable. I will pay half when I see a sketch, then half when it is completed, this is not negotiable also unless you have a fair system already in place for your design shop. Please reply to this thread, or shoot me a PM if you are interested! You MUST (not negotiable), show me proof of your work, plus a price range, and I will reply to you if I am interested.

Price Range I am willing to pay:
$10-$30 (negotiable up to a fair amount!!!)

Hoping for it not to take too long also, but I am completely flexible on the time frame it will be completed.
