Looking for a PERSONALITY

I am looking for someone with a strong personality, who draws people in. I am not looking for someone who is good at moderation, although this is a moderation position.

This is a passion project, so I am looking for someone who can see this server as a passion with me. We will have close to equal responsibility in maintaining the server.

Interview will be over Discord.

Payment terms are to be worked out, but you will be paid fairly in every circumstance.

to explain: By strong personality, I mean someone who is noticeable in a crowd. Someone who is talked about and easily makes themselves known. Think Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill. Professional isn't a personality, and is not what I want.

2nd that, this post, unfortunately, doesn't make much sense. As it's not very hard to find someone with a "strong personality" but that person may not be qualified to run a server. Just some helpful input.

Can we have more info on what type of personality you are looking for? Strong can mean overly insensitive, mean or even rude.
Information bout the project would be helpful as well.

This statement seems to be very contradictive, as you aren't looking for someone who is good at moderation to fill a moderation position? This simply doesn't make sense..
