Looking for a pixel artist

Hi, I'm wanting some pictures turning into pixel art for a texture (now resource ik I'm oldschool) pack. This needs to be done from a blank canvas on the picture for legal reasons.

I am wanting quite a few done and cheap maybe 32x32 (preferably) or 64x64 at a cheap price. (maybe $1 - $2 MAX per texture done)

I am professional but I charge more, about 5$ per thing as they are larger. Also note, you can either have 32x or 64x as pictures are a singular file

Well it depends I mean on at you want, could be 2-3$ or 4-5$, just to clarify
