Looking for a Player Utils

Hey! I saw a PlayerUtils thing for lobby on spigot a few days ago but forgot the link. It had stuff like Speed, Jump Boost and other stuff so you'd right click the item in your inventory it'll bring up a gui, then u select what you'd like

9 glass panes with 3 different things
Set 1
Speed 1
Speed 2
Speed 3

Set 2
Jump Boost 1
Jump Boost 2
Jump Boost 3

Set 3
Player Visability​
