As some of you may know Minecraft update 1.9 allows users to retexture an items durability. I need a plugin that allows the user to craft and use specific items to craft that specific durability.

Ok sweet bro are you open for business because I might have some plugin ideas I need developed and also quick question if you know. Is it possible with update 1.9 to customize each texture durability for armor when wearing it?

I'm not familiar with how it works really, but yes, you can have a separate texture for different amounts of durability in 1.9+.
