Looking for a plugin configurator (free for now, but can talk $)

I am creating a network, we will start off small, but will hopefully increase over time. I will start with skyblock, hub and bungee servers, but will increase to add prison shortly after release, and so on with other gamemodes. I am looking for someone to help me with some plugin configs. Most of the server is ready, there was just a few tweaks that were made yesterday that I need help to fix.
