Looking for a plugin dev

Hello, I am looking for a good developer to code a couple of plugins for a server of mine it's factions but not HCF. Some of the plugins are simple while some are complicated.

Ex. Of simple: /cc clears chat

Ex. Of complicated: koth with loot, and cobwebs placed by players will disappear after about 30-40 seconds, and armor can only have a certain protection on it (config can change what protection).

There is more plugins of both examples not just the ones I listed up above.

I have about a week for this to be done, I'm only replying to people with good vouches and rep and proof of other plugins made. If you're interested reply below or PM me so we can talk more.

I will pay half of the payment before you start developing the plugins, once I see you're finished and I can test the plugins I will send the other half of the money.
