Looking for a plugin developer

Hello, I need someone who could do one custom plugin for me. The plugin needs to save each players' cards in a GUI so they can open the GUI with a command like /ut and then just put their cards in there (but just their cards not anything else) and save them in there so when the player opens up the GUI again they are all there. (Also every player has to have their own storage not shared storage).

Practically, I need someone that knows how to work with per player data sorting and storage, and working with GUIs and commands.
