Looking for a plugin to set max world height to lower

Looking for a plugin that sets the Y height lower and teleports players down if they reach it.
Should be customisable, doesn't require a perm system for me, just let op pass it.

(I did have a similar plugin before (2018), so any help is appreciated!)

Just change it to "Completed".
