Looking for a Plugin

I was wondering if some kind developer would be able to make me a plugin where it opens a GUI as soon as you join the server. Meaning that it forces the gui to the player as soon as they logged in and it wont close until they join another server by clicking a server in the gui Menu.

There is definitely a plugin that already exists that does this out there, I have seen it before. Look around and I'm sure you'll find it quite easily.
