I'm about to make a network with a friend and we're looking for a powerful server host able to provide powerful servers (Ryzen 5 or Intel i9). Our total budget for this time being is around 200 dollars (in total) which goes into server logo, domain, plugins and things in that category.
When it comes to the server we'd be able to invest at least 40 dollars.
I know a dedicated server is a good option - however as there are more costs (ddos protection, system administrator etc) we would be looking for a better solution for us. I have tons of experiences with server hosts that promise good performance but in reality, all of their nodes are oversold which means the server will lag and deliver a bad experience for our players. I'm also looking for servers in France/London as that's where we can get the best ping as both I and the other owner are in the EU.
