I'm interested in having Blinkoh's ToS completely rewritten to truly incorporate things that are fundamentally necessary to our company. Also, our current ToS is severely lacking in many areas and I'd prefer to get it remade.
Our SLA policy also needs rewritten, though this is rather simple (relative to the tos)
We have a reasonable budget (definitely not just "we will pay $20, a used tissue, and a half eaten stick of gum"), and are just looking for someone willing to produce quality documents without taking a month of our time with little-to-no communication. We will pay 100% upfront before beginning and do not expect any work to be done before this initial payment. All payments will be sent G&S, or you may send an invoice.

We may look into commissioning further documents after completion of these depending on the quality produced.
