https://reliablesite.net, they’re one of the best hosts in the industry and I’d highly recommend them. You could also use a reseller to get a slightly lower price than ReliableSite such as https://securesrv.io. But sometimes if you talk to ReliableSite support they can give you a discount code depending on the server you’re buying.
How do you back your words "they're one of the best hosts in the industry", what makes them one of the best, their capacity isn't even close to big hosts like OVH, Hetzner etc., so I'm not sure what makes them the best apart from the thing they have allot of time to answer customer questions, but note that OVH is not managed service so you can't pin that their support is slow.
Firstly, I never said they are the best, I don't know where you're getting that from.
Secondly, by the looks of it, you hardly know the company so I'd recommend you search them up and you can see for yourself the positive reviews.
Why does capacity matter? ReliableSite still own all their hardware and they have plenty of it.
ReliableSite offer much better support than OVH even for their unmanaged servers.
ReliableSite have more up-to-date hardware (i9-9900K, etc.) whereas OVH still have somewhat old hardware (apart from OVHCloud).
ReliableSite by default give you a 1Gbit port whereas OVH only offers 250Mbit.
The only thing I think OVH is better in is the DDoS protection.
Its my personal view, I would always choose OVH over allot of other hostings, I have more trust in them than smaller hosting companys. If you know enough to trust reliablesite in running really important applications for your business, thats ok, its just an opinion.

I’d highly recommend reliablesite they are one of the best providers out there, they don’t have a budget network.
Honestly just go with Reliablesite or ovh/sys.
