Who am I and what I want?
Hello, YouTube aka Yins here. I'm the founder of the network called Pearce. There are factions and skyblock for now. I got $500 budget to spend on the server so I'll be trying to make it unique and enjoyable for playing.

What positions am I looking for?
I would need the second owner who is experienced in working on big servers/networks and who can help with setup. He's gonna be getting % on what we agree from all donations and keep it as private for himself. Also, if you can put something in the server, some $, I would appreciate it and this will be backed to you after release.

I would also need a MEDIA manager. The guy/girl who will manage all stuff about the media. So, he/she will be getting YouTubers to record on the network (More preferring live stream)

Why I need a 2nd owner?
I would need 2nd owner because, for sure, I can't do that alone.

Who did you get in your team?
I got 2 developers, 1 manager, 1 system administrator.
