Looking for a "Sell All" enchantment

I am creating a server and this is one of the key plugins that I need for my server, There is a plugin out there like this, I've seen it. But I am looking for a plugin that spawns a paper, netherstar whatever really that you can "put on" to a pick and "enchant" it with a Sellall enchantment, What it should allow is when you right click it sells specific items like cactus, sugarcane, wheat, ores etc.

If you have any plugin like this one please post below! I might be willing to pay for it (nothing drastic"

I'm not really good at finding Devs, They usally ditch me for private reasons, scammed me or for another job

It sounds simple just have been looking for a few hours and cant find it.. :/

So you want a plugin that will put some magic on a pick, and instead of mineing ores or other things you can just right click and it sells the ore or other item.

If thats the case its easier to make a command /sellpick <---- Easier than enchanting

spawns a pick axe name "SellPick"

with the purpose being to sell items on right click
