Looking for a serious developer to become a developer on my network

Hello, My names Ben. I'm the owner of a network called AsylumMC. We're working towards being a serious network and for players to enjoy a very unique experience while playing our server. We currently have a custom domain, custom server panel, custom network logo and we're hoping to progress with custom plugins. You might be wondering will i get paid? Lets first say yes. Your cut can be aranged in DMs over discord. We already have a small community thats looking to expand over time. The network will feature many realms(servers) that'll consist of Skyblock, 2 very unique prison experiences, Factions and many other realms to be announced.
