LOOKING FOR A SERVER CO-OWNER/INVESTOR

Hello, I am looking for a server co-owner/investor for my new minecraft skyblock server. I am looking for business partner because I personally cannot afford to fund an entire server on my own.

What is required
You must be at least 16 years of age or older
Be able to sign legal documents, if you cannot sign them either have your parents sign them or we can work something out
Have previous knowledge of owning or managing a minecraft server (with proof)
Must be able to put some money into the server

Terms
As a co-owner you would get:
Access to the server paypal account
Access to the console
A split 50/50 of any server profits not going back into the server
Owner rank on discord
Owner rank on forums
Owner rank on server
As an investor I will try my best to get you your full payment back but I will most likely not be able to if the server does not do well.

My plan
I am looking to create a new and innovative minecraft skyblock server. The core gamemode will be custom coded. In the beginning we will just be releasing as a skyblock server but if the server takes off I hope to evolve it into a network featuring many different gamemodes such as Factions, Prison, KitPVP, etc. The name of the server has not been decided yet because I do not have a theme.

Costs
Initially the main costs will consist of the gathering of plugins
Plugins - $20-200 depending on how much is to be custom
Builds - Free
Web Hosting - $5-10
Advertisement - Initially free until we start looking for Youtubers
Logo - Possibly free depending on where it can be gotten from
Server Hosting - Initially $15-20 but whenever we move to dedicated $50+

Some info about me
I am an 18 year old Canadian student who really enjoys playing minecraft. I have played skyblock for a couple years now so I have tons of experience as a player but I am sick of so many servers that succeed falling into the money grabbing schemes that they are because they care about profits more than the playerbase. I am really dedicated to this project but I need someones help to make it real

Ok, this is not meant to trash your thread in the slightest but get you thinking a little bit more. You should think more about the concept first, as an investor myself I cannot go into business with someone if they dont have an idea, and also not knowing anything about the person that I may enter into a business relationship with.

Also to say that in this day and age its hard to get a run of the mill server off the ground, there is no originality to it no custom feature to bring in players, so think of some unique ideas that may help you get the server off the ground.

You should also state what your budget is for this project, so people know how much you are willing to commit to this project, whether that is $10 or $3000.

Like I said this is not to trash your thread, but to get you thinking about what you can change about your thread to attract potential investors, me included.

What exactly are your expertise as you're unable to provide funds? Or if you are investing, how much will you be putting in yourself?
