Honesty, https://www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-ssd.xml is the best deal you'll get. They host in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They're cheap for the amount of random access memory they give and have a pretty good support.

These systems are only equipped with one core. Though this one core may do the job, it's always recommended to at minimum, aim for dual core. In the long run, dual core machinery will serve you better.
