Looking for a server I can build on (Will build for you if need be)

Hi, I am NO professional when it comes to building, however I do enjoy messing around, and so on. I am basically looking for a server that will allow me to build and in turn, I will do some SMALL builds for free. I am NO pro when it comes to building, however it gives me something to do in my free time. So, if you can do this for me, that would be great.

I would only need perms for worldedit (All commands)
And, Gamemode. If you are trusting enough, giving me OP is easier. However, that is up to you.
