Yep you heard it right I'm looking for a new server to become a Professional Minecraft Server Manager.
Requirements you have to meet before promoting me or even inviting me to the server

Are you currently staff on any other servers? Yes, just one.
Why do you want to become a server manager? Firstly, I am mature and know when to have fun. I believe that by putting my time and effort into becoming a server manager on *server name*, I have matured greatly. I am able to handle situations quickly and efficiently making sure not to make matters worse. I also understand that being a staff member does not limit the fun they have, the concept of being a staff member is to help enforce the rules whilst having fun with everyone and exclude the idea of being a mindless robot.
Secondly, I am experienced. This will assure that I will not make mistakes and stop any commotions from appearing. I know when to jump in to help as well as when to provide useful information. An example of that could be when a player asks a question regarding the server or the way things work, I can assist them by giving them the information they need.
Fourthly, I'm rather good at handling ban appeals when I get them, and know how to respond to them correctly.
Lastly, I believe in equality. A good community is when all players are associated with each other. I include everyone and will be sure not to make anyone feel bad or treated unfairly. I consider myself as the type of person who seems welcoming and will be welcoming in all cases. I understand that having an open mind will ensure that everyone will be having fun safely and maturely.
So there are a few reasons on why I would like a server manager spot on your server, and website.

- Suggested XenForo forum website.
- Playerbase: 700+ minimum.
- Suggested staff being active.
- The owner or founder must be active.
- If you would like to accept me, do realize, you must have a good reason for demoting me.
- Suggested gamemodes: Skyblock, Factions, Vanilla Survival, Creative, KitPvP.. and so on.
- As a manager I will take over Staff Applications, Player Reports, Player Appeals, and any others you would like me to worry about.
- I do not ask for prices, so I'm doing this 100% free.
- I have worked with one main server, that is Nimania.. I'm a head moderator rank, but I am a Manager, I do stuff that to owner doesn't have time for.. like working with reports, appeals, staff applications, and so on.
