I'm ooking for an expert server manageR. Most of the work that they'll do is help with the Discord server. Our server has had very low advertising rate, so we'd like someone who is able to engage with thecommunity. The managee should take care of following things on a daily basis:
- Prepare future Discord events (giveaways, nitro drops), and ingame events (you'll be given the info).
- Be able to engage with community, teach the new quickly about the server.
- Moderate the Discord server, keep away users that could try to raid or spam the server.
- Help increase community participation, designing polls and convincing announcements.
- Find new partners through the Minecraft community.
- Increase player count, advertising the Discord server and helping move the server to the top.
Your main missions are:
- Write creative Discord announcements every one or two days.
- Increase the Discord server member count.
- Engage with the Discord community.
This is a serious interest, which will be paid as soon as the server gets donations.
