Our goal, making this server a premium raiding and pvping environment, is supported by a professional, effective and efficient staff team. The server will have support for every aspect, whether it is forums, store, discord or server issues. A raiding experience with no limits, hosted by a powerful dedicated server with unlimited RAM, a AMD 7 3700x machine and NVMe SSD. A server with a cannon realm, so players have no excuses when they don't have a working cannon. A dedicated management team looking to make every player's experience the best they've had with factions.
Our server manager will be the face of the server, he will handle the staff and the community, and will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the server, while we handle developing new things everyday. This is a perfect situation for any up-and-coming manager who wishes to build their resume. Any cut of profit can be discussed during negotiations. Ideally, the manager needs some experience, needs to be well-spoken and have knowledge of how factions work. You need to be professional, and willing to work your ass off because players will be depending on it.
Our discord manager will be the face of our discord server, he will handle the growth of the server community, and the development of the server channels and events. He will be in charge of making the server an interactive and engaging place to further invite new players to the awesome server that we are working so hard to drop. We are a community-driven server, and plan our best to make it exactly what the factions' community wants. Therefore, you are also our eyes and ears. This role has a pre-requisite of some experience, but I'm willing to give some well-spoken and professional candidates a shot. Everyone starts somewhere, and this opportunity will be a star on your resume.
