I am the former owner of a small Minecraft server which had a consistent 20-50 players online at most times.
We are rebooting with greater funds and much more experience after a long hiatus.
I am looking for a Communications Manager.
The roles and responsibilities of this position:
Fundamentally, this role is responsible for helping us grow the server. Much of your time will be spent talking to and liaising with YouTubers and Twitch Streamers - discussing prices for partnerships, etc.
Your role does not hold power over the Minecraft server itself. Your role operates outside of the server, as a manager of the business and image of the server, therefore your role has a direct influence on many server issues.
This is a VOLUNTERY role. But as you will be expected to work many hours each week with me, and I recognize the workload can be difficult at times, therefore you will be paid depending on your work efficiency. Once the server is released, you could earn more than $300USD a month, as well as other negotiable perks.
Please note: we hope for this to be a long term posistion, spanning over months. We are not looking for applicants who can only dedicate a short time.

- To find and create unique ways to advertise the server before and after release.
- To manage social media advertising campaigns before and after release.
- To work with many social media influencers (twitch streamers/youtubers) to arrange deals and partnerships with the server before and after release.
- To be able to work well in a team, and communicate your ideas fluently.
- To conduct yourself professionally when under pressure.
- You must be able to meet deadlines and bring expected results to the server.
