Hello MC-Market, I am looking for a server owner for an upcoming factions server called SpartanPvP. The owner must have a lot of experience in creating a Minecraft server, how to manage a Minecraft server and knowing what it takes to own a Minecraft server. The owner must bring money to the server because I can't cover all the expenses by my self. We will both own the server so it is 50%/50%

What I want from the person that I will work with:
[+] Have a lot of experience in creating Minecraft servers.
[+] Must know how to manage a Minecraft server.
[+] Know what it takes to own a Minecraft server.
[+] The person must have a high reputation and to be trusted in the MCM community.

What I have done for the server already:
» I have bought host from SparkedHost (www.sparkedhost.us)
» I have made some of the server files, but still has a lot to do.
» I have bought the Icon for the server
» I have bought the domain for the server.
» I Made a little discord server for the Minecraft server.

What has to be finished in server:
» Buy the custom plugins.
» Finish the server files fully.
» Buy advertisement. (Get people in the discord, Trailer, Hire YouTubers, Get partners)
» Hire staff for the Minecraft server.

If you are interested, send a message on this thread or you can contact me on discord FlashyWolfHD#8924

A few things you may not want to do with your server.

>> Don't always use custom plugins. Only get custom plugins when they are absolutely needed. If there is a version for $5-10 of a plugin out there use that. It will save you so much money in the long run

>> Make sure to get a banner, website, and other graphics such as trailers for your server as that will show users that you have put in the effort and not just downloaded some random stuff.

>> Make sure to get a good enough server ram wise. The last thing people want is to have a laggy server. Factions servers will take up at least 9GB s

>>Instead of buying custom plugins invest money into good PVP arenas, spawns, and builds that will also show the player that the server is worth their time.

>> Also don't always expect the other owner to invest money at first, I would recommend looking for a co-owner/server manager after the server has over 50 players on it and is making a steady income.

>> Make sure to put a lot of work and effort into this. Think about every last detail and make sure none of the server reminds them of any other server they have played/worked on.

>> Make sure to have lots of money to start. You will need it to get up and running. People don't like to see a default buycraft and a random enjin website. Make sure you have at least $100-400 to start the server.

I hope you take this advice as it what helped a couple of my own servers grow to be very good and well thought out.[DOUBLEPOST=1565833164][/DOUBLEPOST]Also over the staff a lot. After the server has been released then get rid of the ones you think don't contribute to the team enough. Make sure all the staff has mixed timezones so there is always at least 1-2 staff on at all times.

Adding onto the custom plugins part, most players wont even notice the difference between a widely used plugin and a custom version of that exact same plugin. For example if you have a custom essentials whats the point? Users will only notice the missing features and not the recoded features which absolutely have no difference except it being "custom". Only make custom plugins for something you cant find at all or is a unique concept, not an essentials remake.

Thank you so much for the suggestions. I will look into them thank you so much.[DOUBLEPOST=1565864745][/DOUBLEPOST]
I think everyone knows the intent of this thread. You are looking for a cash cow for your server without putting in work. It’s very obvious what you’re looking for, that’s why you said “Buy Custom Plugins” first before anything else. You should already have money set aside for your project, don’t expect someone else to come in and start paying for your custom dreams. Actually grow your server first before looking for someone to come throw money at your server.

I am not looking for a "cash cow" I need someone to be beside me and own the server with me. I just need him to support the server financially. Also, only because I said custom plugins first doesnt mean anything, its just you how you look at the thread I dont put stuff in order about that.[DOUBLEPOST=1565864834][/DOUBLEPOST]

Also, I thank you for the suggestion. I already know I don't need a lot of custom plugins, I was just talking about the custom features for the server, not essentials or plugins that are already out for the public.

What will the 2nd owner own besides the server you can just kick them out when you choose
I wont kick the 2nd owner. The person will own everything as I do.

I don't mean any offense with this but this person would basically be doing almost all the work for only 50% of the revenue? That's a pretty crap deal lol. Hosting is cheap, icons and domain are one time expenses. Any person meeting your criteria would just put in the $50-100 for those things and then cash in on 100% of the revenue. You might want to rethink your role in making your server, you won't be attracting any competent person with this.
