Looking for a Server Partner

Hey Everyone,
My name is MrProJoe, I have a server going now, that's in near finished development.
I'm looking for someone who is willing to put time into this server with me, of course with a split profit being given to both parties.
Basically, this server is Factions, with a very major flare to it. That's really all I can say at this moment, until I actually hire someone onto the team with me.

ABOUT ME:

• I'm a Junior scholar at Wofford College.
  
• I have experience with Backend of servers, and frontend. Tons of in game knowledge as well.
• I have tons of connections within the community, resulting in me having a few sponsored servers, Builders and Developers free of cost.
• I have about 2-4 Hours per day to spend watching over the server and finding issues.

You don't have to invest anything besides time, although, It would be great for someone to invest maybe in Advertising, but no its not a must or need.

My previously accepted partner, can no longer help, He absolutely fell in love with the idea of the server, sadly his family is going through a tough time, so I'm once again looking for a Server Partner, I'd like to keep server related details available only through Skype, just for the sake of my ideas being stuck only with me.
