I am looking for someone to create with me a server.We will discuss about details but I mostly want to create faction server.We will be splitting every expense of the server(plugins,host,logo etc...) and with the donations(if we even get any) are going into server needs and if theres something left we will split up.If you interested you can pm me and then we will move on discord\skype.

I'm not trashing whatsoever, but I'd like to point out most Server Managers and Developers on MC Market are going to want guaranteed pay and not many of us will work for someone when the pay is donations.

My point stands. Most anyone here with experience and / or a pocket to help you pay for stuff, will not work without guarantee of repay.

Yes, but he isn't looking for any developers or server managers. As a partner, you will most likely take a cut of the donations as this is going to be the main income of the server. Why would he pay a partner from his own pocket (and he says "partner" for a reason)?
