Looking for a server, requirements in thread.

Hi there.

I'm looking for a server as I haven't owned one in a while and looking to take over one.

Here are some of the specs/requirements the server may need:

- A discord with 250 members or more.
- A domain and forums*
- GFX*
-A trailer*
- 1 or more gamemodes consisting of but is not limited to Skyblock, Factions, Practice, HCF, KitPvP, KitMap, Prisons).
- Owners that cared about the server (as I will do).
- 10 - 20 (or more) average player count.
- No fake networks, please.
- Donation amounts over 1 month, etc.
- Good, supportive fanbase.

I may edit this over time.

* = optional (not necessary but would be nice).

If the server has a staff team, I will be doing an evaluation and if they pass they stay but if they fail I either remove them or re-train them.
