I wouldn't have a problem, I have a Faction server setup 1.8 - 1.10 (can fix for 1.11) Towny server setup at 1.9 - 1.10 (can fix for 1.11) Now you would have to do hosting yourself but I would be happy if someone was interested in buying it, Just give me offers on any of them.
