Looking for a server to develop on.

Hello there, I'm experienced programmer who is looking for a profesional minecraft server/startup to develop on . I have 2+ years in Java programming and 4+ in programming in general. I had experience with running a minecraft servers and worked as a developer for a network that had 100+ playerbase. So since now all of us has a lot free time (due to coronavirus outbreak), we can try to make something cool and fun!

SERVER REQUIREMENTS

• Server owner(s) must be 18+ years old.
• Server must have a stable and quite good funding.
• Server must have a dedicated, self-motivated and hard-working team.
• Server staff team must be experienced.
• Working environment should be friendly and nice.
• Team is willing to voice chat.
