I am currently looking for a server that I can help with, I enjoy the PVP part of Minecraft so that type of server would be most appreciated.
What I am looking or:
I am looking for a PVP based server like HCF, Kitmap or regular Factions.
Online time:
I will be on my computer at these times:
Monday: From 4 PM to 6 PM
Tuesday: From 2 PM to 5:30 PM
Wednesday: From 3 PM to 4:30 PM
Thursday: From 2 PM to 6 PM
Friday: From 3 PM to 4:30 PM
Saturday: From 3 PM to 4:30 PM
Sunday: From 10 AM to 11:30 AM
I will be on my phone at these times:
Monday: From 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Tuesday: From 6 PM to 6:30 PM
Wednesday: From 5 PM to 7:30 PM
Thursday: NOT
Friday: From 5 PM to 8 PM
Saturday: From 2 PM to 3 PM and from 5 PM to 8 PM
Sunday: From 1 PM to 6 PM

This is a server I had a lot of fun on, I started this server with some friends of mine. This server is currently a 40 man player based server, this server has grown my staff experience a lot. I worked on bugs, reviewed staff applications, I worked on plugins like Factions, F top and way more. Since I managed to do this all I thought I was a good Manager, but later I started abusing, this was because the server was getting smaller. More boring etc. For this I was demoted to Moderator, as a Moderator I was just doing Hacker banning and Chat moderating, I didn't like this so I resigned... and started on a new server.

This was a server I owned this server had a lot of delay due to Broken databases, downtime of hosts, broken plugins and corrupted staff. After all handling this we released, the first release went decently well we had around 40 players on, but the day after no one played. We figured out this was because no one was making a series, so we did another reset. This reset we had a lot of issues, our main server didn't start up anymore, so we moved to a small 2GB one. This reset had around 20 people online with some YouTubers, days after people still played... but then, our database got completely removed. So we worked on 1 more reset, this reset was the worst of all, 2 days after the last reset I resigned. This was because the other Owner did not do anything and no one played.

This server never actually came out, on here I was a Developer. My job was to fix major bugs, work on some configs, crate key rewards and reducing lag. This server didn't come out because the Owner eventually started playing on some other servers and then he didn't pay the server bill. This was a server that still grew my experience a bit because I learned some new people, I learned to use MC-Market for advertisement. And I finally learned how to put full dedication into making your server look professional.

My name is Derk, I live in the Netherlands (Europe), I go to school every day and I have an IRL job. Me having an IRL job makes me knowing the responsibility of being an employee. I currently am 13 years old, I do tennis and athletics every Thursday. I enjoy playing Minecraft. I am into the PVPING department of Minecraft and I am on my way learning how to cannon, after playing around 2 years of Factions I am still enjoying it and learning new things. I work for my money wich I would spend on gaming stuff and the other 40% for the future, my favorite food is pancakes. I enjoy playing with other people out of all countries. I am not officially English but I enjoy it. Gaming is what I like a lot and my second favorite thing to do is Athletics. And I live in a small village.
