Looking For a server to staff on

My name is Dylan,
Im 18 years old, im looking for a server to staff on i feel i can do my best work at Sr.Mod.
I have had previous staffing experiences on factions servers a main one was blizzardMC my job was to maintain chat to make sure it was as least toxic as possible and to make sure anyone who is hacking or not following the rules is banned. Ive been playing minecraft for 5 years and have been playing all different types of game modes such as HCF,Factions,Skyblock,Prisons and survival but also have messed about a tad with mini games. What i can bring to your server is experience with handling tough situations and being under pressure, I would bring confidence,friendliness,encouragement, enthusiasm, i feel like im a very helpful and kind person and i feel like i do whats best for the community i make sure what they want is heard and what they want changed/added is noted. I would make sure the community is friendly and safe for new and old players. im also very active as i work from home and i can be contacted easily if players needed me on or offline the server.

Some advice:
- Use spaces
- Fix the grammar
- Give more detail as to what hacks you can find, can you screenshare, etc.
