Alright, here are my requirements. Please only respond if you've:

a. Used them before/have experience with them

b. Know the history of them

c. Are a hosting agent/owner and meet my requirements, with respectable vouches.

Okay, here are my requirement c:

1.) Have the capabilities to run 25-35 plugins with little to no lag.

2.) Be hosted in the USA/Canada, preferably east cost.

3.) Have good enough DDOS 'protection' to withstand at least 5 dollar booters and command prompt. Went on a shockbyte test server, and well, it didn't crash with command prompt. But lagged quite a bit which is ridiculous. Used 5 CMD prompt windows to do it.

4.) Be WITHIN budget. I'm looking for around 50 players on at all times, after it exceeds that amount I'll probably upgrade. But, for now I'm thinking 3 GB of RAM will suffice, on a decent VPS. If not, please suggest how much for the plugins and 30-50 players on. My budget is around $10-$20 a month. Please do not exceed $20 if posssible.

And with that, I thank you.

Quite an ignorant child, aren't you? I personally check that server on a daily basis and it's yet to lag. You've also made a false accusation as command prompt (at least spell it out, c'mon mate) also lags your own network. You're stretching out your bandwidth when you attempt to ping something with 5 windows like a fool. Seriously, get your facts together.

My friend was online, no reason to lie about it, hmm? He wasn't at my house, is an online friend. Calm down, keyboard warrior.

It's due to his internet connection. Please, don't exaggerate the issue as it's not needed. You're acting ignorant and it's reflecting poorly on you.
Explained in another thread, I have Verizon FIOS and he has some type of other provider with 15 download and 5 upload. Good enough for minecraft, hmm? Just went on shockbyte NA today. Block lag when I broke blocks, but not when I did on the eu server? Overloaded as fuck.

I'm viewing the node our demo server is on currently and it's not overloaded in the slightest. I then look at the CPU & RAM usage and they're both quite low. Where in the world are you located as it might be your location at this point since you claim your internet is suitable.

Well that's quite odd as I'm from Florida without an issue. Here's my personal SpeedTest:
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4476349008

I ran it just a few moments ago and I'm currently on the test server without an issue. This simply shows the following:
1) I'm farther from the data center than you are and still receive no lag.
2) I'm able to break and place blocks without any latency issues.

There server's are overloaded in the slightest and are balance daily. So please, do explain to me how Shockbyte's services are "shit" when it's all a local issue. What you should do, instead of blaming us for your network's capacity, is contact your ISP and complain to them.
No problem with any other servers than shockbyte, I do not lag unless the server I'm on is getting DDOSd. Not an ISP issue.

On a side note, can anyone recommend me some reputable VPS hosting?

It's all in your ISP so there's no need to blame a host for your own connection. As for a VPS, RamNode, DigitalOcean, & SnowStormServers. All 3 are great companies that provide VPS hosting.
Alright thanks, appreciate it.

Try BisectHosting. Their premium plan is great quality, I run 54 plugins on my server and I have no lag.
