Looking for a server with active player base

The reason i'm not stating my budget is because i don't want people to take advantage and inflate prices. I am looking for a small to medium server with active playerbase and community. The gamemode matters less, it can be anything as long as its active.

I'm not looking for servers with 15 players online at peak time from which 10 are alts/bots nor servers with 1000 players online, obvsiously, those are not sold like this.

However, if you have a good established community and wish to retire or to split expenses or workhours with someone,i'm looking to invest in the area.
