Looking for a simmilar EchoPets plugin for tekkit legends modpack

As the title says im looking for an existing/working Echopets plugin that's confirmed working for tekkit legends the one that's supposed to work creates a file and everything but it wont seem to work even after giving * all permissions for it if someone knows/has a fix for this command that would be great, anytime preforming anything like /pet list or any regular command doesn't seem to be recognized the only one that works is /echopet and that only shows the version but nothing else is working, in its config it seemed to properly add in my different worlds automatically so im not sure why its not working if someone can help that be great otherwise is there an alt to this plugin with the same features working? if so can you link it otherwise what would it cost to have this exact plugin to work with legends? I know pets are compatible because theres a hub gui plugin that grants almost similar abilities but its not what im looking for cause it includes a bunch of other hub stuff that I don't want. you can either respond or pm me to discuss more if you can or think you can help. thanks for taking the time to read..........
