Looking for a simple developer (50+ Players Active Server)

Hey There.
The current Whales Staff Team is looking for a developer to hire. This would be someone to mainly to install certain plugins, find us better ways to install something, and is friendly with players.

Know that we will pay based off of work. We work through skype and teamspeak. We have made over 5k+ dollars in the past few months although we were down for two.

We are looking for someone with high skill and who likes to think differently. I will go more into text if you are interested. Please post any experience work via Git Hub ETC.

I am an experienced backend manager and also a developer. I am experienced in Bash/most unix machines. I love to optimize servers and I am also a friendly person. Please PM me if you are still looking for a dev/manager. I use to runs servers for years but recently got out of it because of better payments in other areas. I also have an associates degree in Software Engineering and I am also working on getting a degree in Networking management.

I have currently just been uncontracted and, am doing freelance development. I have over 4 years experience in Java and around 3 years of experience in Bukkit API. I'm able to provide other server resources such as graphic designing, and server management.
