Looking for a Simple Plugin to be developed

I want a Simple Plugin that does the following:
1. Syncs Nicknames between Servers on a bungee network, either by having the plugin on every server and the proxy or by having it save to a database
2. Nicknames can be called using Placeholder API (something like, %gdisplayname%, which would show the normal name when not nicked and the nickname when nicked)
3. Needs to work 1.8-1.15

Will pay if the price is reasonable and if the product works well
