I am looking for an experienced creative builder who is willing to join me in building small to medium sized spawns/hubs/maps etc. with the goal of selling those.
About me
I am a 19 year old guy from the Netherlands. I live in Amsterdam, where I currently study International Business. My spare time is mostly spent on skateboarding/longboarding and gaming.
I started playing Minecraft in February 2011. I never liked survival, so I started building on creative servers. I fell in love with creative building and in 2013 I founded my own creative server, Dawn-Creative, which has become a well-known creative server. I am also a founding member and manager of Team Solari (Dawn Creative's buildteam), with which I have completed many commissions ranging from 10$ to 1000$, and reaching milestones such as 3rd place in a PMC contest.

What I am looking for
I have recently come back from almost a year-long break from Minecraft (simply because I got bored after playing it actively for 3+ years) but I'm back now with a lot of motivation. I have spent almost all of my time in Minecraft building with other people on servers; I just hate building alone. However, I am still part of Solari, where I am working on massive teambuilds, so I am looking for 1 person (possibly 2, but that would be the absolute maximum) to work with on small-medium sized builds to sell. Requirements:
- You need to have a substantial portfolio to show. I am an experienced builder, so I am looking for someone with roughly the same building capabilities.
- Personally, I think I am quite skilled at organic and structural building, but terraforming has always been one of my weaknesses. I am not saying I am a bad terraformer, but it is simply not my forte. Terraforming skills on your side would be very much appreciated.
- You need to be able to be online regularly on weekdays between 20:00-23:30 GMT (which is when I am also most active)
- Mature behaviour. Reliable (if you promise to build something, then do it).
- The ability to use a mic and Skype.
What I can offer
- Skills and experiences I acquired in my several years as creative server admin and buildteam manager.
- A perfect environment to work on small hubs/spawns/maps on the Dawn-Creative server, including access to WE and VS when I trust you with it.
- A chance to earn some extra money on the side and have fun building
The idea behind this is not that we create a buildteam; See it more as a friendship with a commercial goal. We will probably start off building small hubs/spawns etc to sell to server owners, during which we can learn how we can best work together, after which we will use the network we build through selling those small maps to work on some bigger, more serious commissions. Though don't see this as a serious time-investment or fulltime job or anything; It's just something I'd like to do on the side next to my study, job and social life.
