We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced community manager for our Minecraft SMP Network. Here are some key requirements we need:
Solid background in community management
Ability to oversee staff in the community department
Fluent in English
Experience with configurations
Strong communication skills
Must provide a portfolio or resume
Engage actively with the community, create polls, organize events that are free of bugs/exploits, gather feedback on the network, and hold community meetings to discuss issues, concerns, and potential changes
