Looking for a Skilled Java Developer - "core" project estimated ~100-200hrs

Hello,

I'm on the lookout for a skilled dev who can begin to build me a core for a game mode I've written out.
The main core of the plugin will take an estimated 50-75 hours of coding, with many more features to branch out with on top of that.

I'll require a load of bug testing help, fixes, and aftermarket support on this project once it's finished. Looking to work with someone who is open to negotiation and fair communication.

Lastly, this initial request is meant to source possible developers who are interested in coming on board to work with me on this for some time. Initially, I'd like to view a portfolio and discuss quotes for this project, whether you request an hourly rate or a one-time fee per project. The latter is most likely preferred.
