Looking for a small - medium survival spawn

Hello, I’m looking for someone to create a small - medium sized survival server spawn. Our current spawn point is in the jungle biome next to a Mesa and desert. My idea was too Have a smallish pirate styled spawn island, with shops and stuff around on neighbouring islands. Let me know if there’s something already available for download or if anyone can do it.
