Are you looking for a bypass to an anticheat, or something that just works on servers without free cam protection?
If it's the former, freecam is possible because the spigot server doesn't actually check if you have a line of sight to blocks you're interacting with. I.e. you can mine blocks "in range" even if there's a block blocking your view. The same goes for chests. Any anticheat that actually checks your line of sight to make sure you can see the chest before letting you open it will make it very hard, or impossible to free cam.
