Looking for a specific plugin developer

Co-Creator of LoA, I am looking for a plugin developer who has played the game "Black Desert Online" and knows it well enough to recreate some key features to put on a BDO themed minecraft server. We already have the enhancement system & horse taming plugin(s) - but we will require much more in order to achieve the dream of bringing BDO to minecraft.
I will work out payments for each plugin ordered and developed, to which we can also discuss whether or not they will be exclusive.
