Hello I was looking for a staff that is :

• AGE 18 +
• Premium
• Expertised Managing
• Able to memorize all staff commands
• Can use Essentials, CoreProtect, and Logblock plugin
• Have a knowledge about the permission nodes

Yeah ok, good luck finding someone who's 18+ and is interested in being a staff on a server where the owner is most likely 5 years younger than him/her.

I visited your forums and it looks like the other 2-3 staff members aren't even "18+". more like 8.
