Hey! I’m currently working on a server that’s still in development and looking for someone to help manage our small staff team. This would be a position with no pay upfront, but payment can be discussed later once the server starts bringing in revenue.
The team is expected to stay small at first, and you'd have some say in building your team (with leadership approval).
What I'm looking for:
Decent organizational/management skills
Willing to stick around and help get things off the ground
Good communication and team mindset
Serious about contributing, not just looking for a title
