Looking for a steampunk artist for a Logo and Icon

Hey!

So I currently own a server, and I am looking to get a new logo done. I will give some pretty in-depth details on WHAT and HOW I want it done, but for the actual design, we'll still need to do some sketches.

How I want it done:
So, it seems whenever I get a logo done, no artist actually does a good job at making an icon of it, a proper one. I want a logo done where the text is a separate layer from the background, I want a PROPER Icon done, Not just cut out of the original logo, you can cut it out, but I don't want a cheap looking icon, I want it to look very good, so if it doesn't look good cut out, then remake it!

For the icon, I would want a abbreviation done of the logo above, so a similar style background, and a V for the icon, since our name is "VexMC". Like said above, I don't want some cheap icon, I want a good looking icon that I can be proud of, for example, VanityMC's icon, it doesn't look cheap, but if you go look at some of the servers listed on this market, they got some really cheap and bad looking icons done, my plan is to avoid that.

The logo overall needs to be in the style I listed above with the screenshot.
