Looking for a system administrator to fix a unturned issue

Hi i am using pterodactyl to host my unturned servers but they are not appearing in the master list i already try, the developer of that game tell us that maybe is a problem from the firewall but i just delete ufw and still doesnt work

the one who can fix it i will pay for it Thanks

UFW is an interface to iptables, it's not a firewall in and of itself. Additionally; deleting a firewall, is definitely a bad idea. Added.
