Looking for a Team to Create a Competitive Minecraft Server

Hey everyone!

I'm a Fullstack Developer with experience running servers and projects, and I'm excited to create a brand new Minecraft server focused on competitive gameplay and PVP. However, I can't do it alone! I'm looking for a team of dedicated individuals who share my vision to join me on this journey.

Here's what I'm looking for:
  • Co-owner/founder: Someone who is passionate about Minecraft and has experience running successful servers. You'll be my right-hand person, helping to make key decisions, manage the team, and handle day-to-day operations. (I'm open to Developers also here)
  • Developers: We need talented developers who can help us create custom plugins and game modes. If you have experience with Java and are familiar with Minecraft's codebase, we'd love to hear from you.
  • Managers: As we grow, we'll need skilled managers who can handle customer support, community outreach, and server maintenance. If you have experience in these areas, we'd love to have you on board.
As for my own role, I'll be investing money and making decisions for the server, but won't be on the server daily. I'll be in a secondary role, providing guidance and support as needed.

One of the unique features that we're already planning for the server is a bed wars ranked mode. We've already developed this mode with the help of a talented developer, and we're confident that it will be a hit with players. In this mode, players will compete in teams to destroy each other's beds and eliminate the opposing team. Also I have multiples assets ready for this project.
